Is that Rey Mysterio that does the Super Hurricanrana?

In the fight before DDP vs JK, the one that does the Super Hurricanrana off the turnbuckle? Looks like him (without his mask of course) but just looking for confirmation.

Yea it is... Mysterio lost his mask in 1999 and went mask-less throughout the end of WCW.
