Yep anyone whos heard of the billy wilder film - THE APARTMENT
will indeed see very bid similaraties in the plot and characters
altho perhaps not as original or as witty as the apartment is, its still refreshing for a teen movie, to have nice characters to root for, no sex, extreme violence and bad language (1 swear word for dramatic effect) a darkish and light teen flick, which passes the time and is also im sorry to say one of my top 20 films - i loved this movie and i hope it finally gets the success it rightly deserves

i want the soundtrack - but cant find it anywhere - any ideas?

The first time I saw this movie I kept thinking that it was a remake of The Apartment.

The loveable loser whos in love with a care-free spirit who's having an affair with a man out of bounds who doesn't really care that much for her and soon she realises that the loser is the good guy.

The three mean yet very funny best friends - Dobisch/Adam, Kirkeby/Chris, Vanderhoff/Noah.

Paul being stood up at the gig was like Baxter being stood up at the music man.

The Apartment is one of my all time favourites.

I don't know where you can buy the Soundtrack for Loser but here's a list of the songs used in the movie....
