Scene at the Broadway play ?

When Dora & Paul sneak into the Broadway play and watch the Cabaret number was the lead dancer/singer on stage Alan Cumming? I've watched this scene at least 25 time trying to decide if it's him or not. My piece of crap player blurs everything on pause so I can't get a long look at his face. It sure looks like Mr. Cumming to me though. If it's not him does anyone know who it is? Any help would be appreciated.

It is Alan Cumming. The only thing that confuses me with that scene is, wouldn't they be catching the second act? They pretend they're out for a smoke and sneak in...but Wilkommen is the opening number of Act 1.

Yeah, that's totally an error. I think it might even be listed on the goofs page here. People who've seen Cabaret would know that, but perhaps not the general audience?
