Only 4.9?

I'd voted 7/10, and was surprised to see the rating for this film be ridiculously low on this site. It just proves how truly underrated this film is.

Most teen films are vastly underrated, and I can usually take it on the chin, but after watching this WONDERFUL film, and being completely engrossed and moved by the characters' plights, I came on to IMDb to give it my 10/10 and couldn't believe my eyes.

People are idiots. Anyone who rates this below a 7 is a dipsh!t and a c|_|ntface.

Agreed. I gave it a 7 also. It probably deserves a 6 but when I saw the 4.9 rating I gave it an upgrade. The movie is charming, nice story, interesting characters (good development), and I'm very fond of the soundtrack. I think it's totally underrated but no masterpiece.

I voted it a 1, maybe that's why

I'm watching the first time now. I give it a 8/10. It's good I think.

Watched it first time a few days ago. It wasn't good, voted 3/10.

You feel nothing for the characters, why would Paul write Prof Alcotts name on the card of the flowers? Make no sense.

A couple of guys that give rohypnol to everyone at a party and seems to do it every weekend... ok? Like that would ever happen in real life, they would get the *beep* beaten out them if that was real life.

and then the epilogue of all the characters in the end, what was the point of that? You really think anyone cares what happens with dorm guy #3? Were it supposed to be jokes?

Finally the music video for Teenage Dirtbag that the movie kinda is has more romance/drama/comedy then the feature movie Loser.
