Who is the best actor here After DDL?

Reading all these IMDB-reviews,I am surprised to not read any mention of Brendan Gleesons Monk. His understated and cool performance,the"44 notches in my club" really seals the 2nd place for me....too bad he is written out of the story in a way that his character completely change mindset to fit the story, rather then the opposite. Most people seem to have Broadbent at nr,2,I say Gleeson. Who do you think is second best? (I know someone will be funny and answer Daniel Day-Lewis.

John C.Reilly and his atrocious accent and look is just so awful, btw. Good he found his true calling, comedy.

Best performances in order (from best to worst)..by the way none of them are really bad.

DDL
Gleeson
Broadbent
the kid from ET
Dicaprio (not the best irish accent but his emotions are rather authentic)
Diaz (she's been much much worse than she was in this film)

See that you at least didn´t have Reilly in your top 5.....and I have to say that he isn´t the worst. Gary Lewis as McGloin the irish man with a scottish accent really gets into some overacting, not aided by his handling of the dialog.

I also have Broadbent at number 3.

Gleeson for sure, but I was also surprised by "El-liot".

Henry Thomas. You truly believe that character - Johnny - inside and out.

Please nest your IMDB page, and respond to the correct person -

I liked Liam Neeson who was effective for his short amount of screen time.

DDL I am afraid went through the entire film doing a Robert De Niro impression!

Its that man again!!
