Where in NYC is the final shot located?
The cemetery that has a view of the East River, the Brooklyn Bridge, and the Manhattan skyline, where is that?
Is that what is now the Brooklyn Height promenade?

Yes, the filmmakers took artistic liberties with that shot. The location would be between the approaches to the Brooklyn and Manhattan Bridges (in a neighborhood now named as DUMBO by realtors). There is no hill there now and the area is below the level of the bridge deck. It seems unlikely that there ever was a cemetery there.
This photo shows a 1940s view from the bridge walkway looking back into that part of Brooklyn.

The area is pretty much the same today except that all rail transit has been removed from the bridge.
