In the scene after Bill beats Amsterdam it shows Jenny and that guy trying to help him but he ends up kicking and screaming and trying to fight them off. Why was he freaking out so much for? Unless Bill head butting him over and over could have resulted in some sort of delusion after he woke up.
shareIt looked to me like he was delusional and disoriented after taking that beating: you feel people handling you, trying to help you, and since you're half-asleep and in pain, you instinctively fight back. Somewhat common.
shareHe had a broken face and severe burns. He was in tons of pain for a good bit of time, without the help of any analgesic medication. Screaming was appropriate.
