I think he means a real sequel to Code Veronica.
They abandoned the RE series plot when they made RE4. Hopefully RE5 will keep more inline with the RE story.
yeah they abandond the foundation they had before, there were just additions of different paths for the characters and backround to the series, but still left the story open ended like every resident evils conclusion.
shareCode Veronica's sequel was Resident Evil 4, it's whether or not the producers or directors want to bring Steve and Claire back into the story, if they have to incorporate them into the game for it to be a squel to this game, then possibly in RE5, if that guy is indeed Chris Redfield, because he finally found his sister and she was with Steve when he (SPOILERS!)
was turned into a "tyrant" in the end of the game. Wesker has him so, very hopefully, they bring Wesker back in the 5th installment too!

I heard that RE 4 is a side story, and that RE 5 is the sequal to C:VX.
