Feels like a comic book movie, based on myths about WW2.

the dual between the snipers wasn't a myth. Try again.

Yea, it is not a myth in general. Russians are known to have had a lot of good snipers. However most snipers in urban areas were women who weren't always sent to war outside but we're effective defending cities by sniping with skill.
