Is this the best sniper film?

Seen Sniper 1 and 2 but they are not on par with EATG's.

Please make suggestions or recommendations on similar films.

I haven't seen many sniper films, but this is the best one I've seen. It may not be a good "war" movie, but it is definitely a great action/thriller about snipers.

The Day of the Jackal is also a good one, but i wouldn't call that a pure sniper movie but more like a crime thriller
