How many times Does Goku get Killed in the series?

The first time he got killed was basically a suicide, he let piccolo use the SBC Knowing both he and raditz would die.

The 2nd time I believe was when he teleported cell to king kais planet , cell tried to blow himself up and take everyone with him rather that get Killed after reverting to semi perfect
form. Cell ended up reviving himself right after as 100% perfect cell, which pissed me off to no end.

The only other time I remember was in GT. If memory serves, Baby vegeta killed him with some spirit bomb looking attack....I dont remember if he actually died or if he just transmitted somewhere else.

Are there more instances of him dying?

In the non canon unreleased episode of DBZ called "Yardrat Super Lamino" the Yardrats actually stopped Gokus heart allowing his spirit to rest entirely so that he could learn the instant translocation technique.

Pretty sure Goku didn't die against Bebi Vegeta. He presumably died at the end of GT after fighting the last evil Dragon, but it was kept very vague. He apparently ascended to some higher plane of consciousness or something.

So that would be two times in Z, and if you count him departing Earth due to unexplained phenomena in GT, three times.

1) Killed by Piccolo in the fight against Raditz.

2) Killed by Cell's self-destruction.

3) In the alternate timeline he was killed by the heart virus before the Androids came.

4) Departing the realm of the living in GT.
