That's not corny, and realistic? I've been trying to imagine how the real life Goku and Vegeta would look, and can't seem to picture them w/o looking like comedic sketches. Most youtube fan makes, and Google images did no justice either. There was just one on Ytube called Frieza Saga trailer with Frieza looking decent, but everything else i seen not so much. DBZ Evolution was a bad movie overall. Should they just keep it anime?

I don't think anime works as live action.
I love anime but every live action adaption I have seen American or Japanese has been ugh. I just don't take the acting seriously, they look like bad cos players to me.

I think it could be done, but should it. Who could possibly bring justice to the look of the humanoid characters? The actress who played Bulma in DRAGONBALL EVOLUTION was originally intended to wear a complete blue wig, but it looked silly.
And then we get to one fan boy complaint. Should they skip over DRAGONBALL and straight to DRAGONBALL Z? I personally wouldn't mind a new live-action film or two based on the Saiyan and Frieza sagas. A lot of fans would bitch about how they should start from the beginning, but considering all that happens in the first anime, I don't for one second believe Hollywood would or could pull off a whole series of successful films before finally getting to the events of Z.
