Favorite DBZ Workout
Dragon Ball Z is a powerful show, and sometimes seeing the characters working out, motivates me to want to work out and push myself even harder. While the characters keep getting stronger, their workouts in the later episodes seem less productive than the later episodes, as it mostly shows the characters getting stronger by using their energy attacks, and facing off another opponent, along with going into the hyperbolic time chamber. We see more productive workouts in DragonBall. I feel like it's one thing if you see an opponent pushing himself hard physically and showing fatigue, like Vegeta showed before the androids.
My favorite workout would have to be Goku's on Capsule Corp while traveling to Namek seeing how he trains himself by using the gravity machine, and how he rests himself, as this show can show how rest is important after working out too. Do you have a favorite workout?
