I wonder how long they can go on before they can get to the treasure. Anyway, hopefully this will be good.

I lost count of One Piece series' episodes, what it's like, 700 episodes now? I don't know if I'll ever be able to watch such a large ongoing show as this one.

At least with the likes of Doraemon, Kiteretsu, Kochikame, Shin-chan and others they do have more than a 1000+ (except Kiteretsu & Kochikame) but each episode is its own story.

I've tried to get into One Piece 3-4 times in different story points.

I just find the series to be boring, I don't like the animation, and the characters are meh to me. To each their own though must be doing something right to have that many eps.

I wish Cased Closed Detective Conan was still being dubbed over One Piece though.

Some of the characters have a really crappy and tacky look but the whole Luffy-in-Flames is quite awesome nevertheless.

It's going to go on for another 5-10 years.

I haven't watched many of the movies but I am up to date on the manga, and have watched most of the anime as well

I guess FUNimation will either slow it down or cancel as it'll take forever to be released.

In October Funimation will be 6 years behind the Japanese version.

They're trying to catch up though. They've gained about 9 months on it in the past year.
