I am STILL praying we get a movie that does not star Saiyans

As I said a year ago, for Christs sake Toriyama make a movie where Goku and Vegeta go on a vacation with their families.Meanwhile back home an army of soldiers with power level supressors appear. They want to study the Z Warriors to find out where they get their powers from. They say they have been researching old World Martial Art tournoment footage but need to conduct experiemtns. All out war ensuess.

Meanwhile Goku and Vegeta are driving through the city. Goku says: Hey vegeta, bet ya cant beat me in a race"

Vegeta growls and accepts the race. Hijinks begin

You pretty much know the rest, the nonsaiyan z warriors win in the end somehow

I don't think that would sell very well. The villain would have to be crazy weak, for the others to beat them.

Also I just want Vegeta to finally finish the movie bad guy. He barely fights or just gets whopped up on.

If they wrote a movie taking place when it was DragonBall, that might work. In DragonBall, Goku was the only Saiyan and we didn't hear about Saiyans yet. We only knew Goku had a tail and could transform to the full moon. We also didn't know any of the other Saiyans. It didn't have those new Super Saiyan transformations each Saga after the Frieza Saga. I also really like the Red Ribbon Army Saga. Some people even prefer DragonBall over DragonBall Z.

So basically you want a spinoff where Piccolo, Krillin, Yamcha, and Tien are the heroes. Doesn't sound like a bad idea, but certainly there could be a better way to exclude the Saiyans. Perhaps a spinoff to another film, or maybe set during events they may explore during DRAGON BALL SUPER. The villains would have to be weaker since villains able to subdue the likes of Goku and Vegeta would likely be far beyond the measures of the other Z warriors.

Raditz could be nice. He's Goku's brother, so I always wondered why he wasn't ever brought back.

I refer you to the Garlic Jr. Saga. Well, they did have Gohan, who is half saiyan, but pretty much saiyan-less. But yeah, Garlic Jr. Saga.
