I'd love a third film following BATTLE OF GODS and RESURRECTION 'F', but since they've moved on to DRAGON BALL SUPER, will they even bother? From my understanding they're retelling both the previous movies for the new anime. They'll probably save any further ideas for that instead of a new movie.
