No. The Dragon Box restoration was in standard definition. Kai uses a different remaster done in HD.
shareKai was remastered from the original cels of animation so not necessarily from the Dragon Boxes themselves. If it were, it'd seem nothing more than an upscale and Kai isn't really that.
At times it's too soft, clean and then dirty. Quite the mix-bag, I'd say.
