I think the peace symbol
is the dragonball universe version of the middle finger. Every time somebody puts up two fingers, imagine they are sticking up their middle finger, it works. I'm wondering if that's intentional though because I know that V symbol with your fingers means different things in different cultures (or if it's just the Saiyans being jerks and saying peace i beat you up).
