Ocean dub version is unwatchible

I feel like Ocean Dub is better for the older episodes before Funimation took over. But, the rest of the series is better with the regular dub. The changes in voices also seemed to be changes in character, like Vegeta's evil sounding voice changing to a less evil and more serious sounding voice from Chris Sabat. People seem to prefer the original actor saying It's Over 9,000 than the actor on the remastered dub.

I could've sworn you said months ago or year(s) that the Ocean Dub was better than X.

I like Ocean Dub from Sayian and Namek/Frieza saga, or actually I liked the mid- switch from Ocean to Funi in the Namek Saga, basically I liked the way it was aired.

I grew up on the Funimation dub, with Bruce Faulconer's music, and that's honestly the only version I can watch.

The original Ocean Dub of the first 13 episodes of Dragon Ball along with the first 53 episodes of Dragon Ball Z are, in my opinion, the best.

The Ocean Dub had a lot of talented voice actors,but almost all were miscast,maybe Gohan,Videl,Dr Gero,Kid Trunks and Goten were the only ones that sounded ok. Funimation's first attempt was disappointing, most of the actors were good choices for the characters but the direction was bad and much of the dialogue was way too different than the material. The Kai Dub is great and the actors sound much better

The Ocean Group is not as bad as they were back then,I enjoyed Death Note,Inyuasha,Black Lagoon ETC.
