I could not understand lexx but the rest were fine. I do think farscape beats everything else. Even if both leads are the same in the last season of SG1 but that was not the same. A lot of people who like soaps like BSG but its a different class. B5 is better though. Wherehouse 13, Eureka and Alphas were great for a few episodes but overall dont seem to hold water just like xmen and its derivatives. Another one thats very entertaining is fringe. If a show dont make me go back and watch it to figure out things then I dont consider it worthy. Which also means the show has to be thought out and have an idea of where it is going. In farscape, that was scorpie. He made the show. Fringe also had the same thing. Andromeda is similar in that respects but only in a few episodes. The ending of season 4 and 5 were great but most of the shows were not worth it. So I suppose even if most of the show is bad it can still be considered very "profound". It was the same way with star trek the original. Because when I was watching it, it had radical ideas. Now I cant watch it since it is so old. But at the time it shaped my life. It was far out. But voyager is entertaining even if there is nothing profound in it.
So scifi shows are watchable depending on how if affects you. Some might not be considered with the times but that only depends on your state of mind.
