Lexa Doig in Season 5
Two things.
1. Why did she all but disappear in most of Season 5?
2. When she came back in Season 5, did she get a fuller bra or what?
1. Lexa Doig was pregnant. That's why they made up the Doyle character, so Rommie could still be in the show but without Lexa.
2. When Rommie was rebuilt the android was given a thicker body and a "fuller bra" so the character would reflect the actress' changes due to the pregnancy/newborn baby. There's even a joke about that in the episode. When Dylan asked how she feels, Rommie answered "Sturdy".
