Rafe, Danny and Evelyn

The movie would have been better if Rafe, Evelyn and Danny had already known each other at the start of the movie, with Rafe and Evelyn already a couple.

That would have made Evelyn and Danny's hookup even more dramatic and also avoided that cringeworthy plotline of Rafe pursuing Evelyn after the meet-cute at the medical exam.


Rafe: You are so beautiful it hurts.
Evelyn: It's your nose that hurts.
Rafe: I think it's my heart.


Rafe: Hold on a second, Miss, I really, really lick you..like you. I didn't mean to say that, and I just wanted to know if I could donate dinner, well, buy you dinner.
Evelyn: This isn't your chart.
Rafe: No that's this guy right here I think he left.
Evelyn: Have you already had this shot?
