Idea borrow from a Bionic Woman episode?

Sorry if this has been discussed before, as I don't see a topic regarding this, but I just finished watching an episode from Season 1 of the classic Bionic Woman titled "Bionic Beauty". http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0526164/

While watching this episode, I couldn't help make the comparisons to Miss Congeniality. Even the title of Miss United States is used (not like they could have used any other name that isn't already in use for real, right?) and the plot device is a microchip, instead of a bomb. How many other movies or tv shows used this storyline? (Spy or Agent goes under cover in a beauty pagent. I know I've seen many other programs like this. Maybe even an episode of Knight Rider perhaps?)
