The first Miss Congeniality is an awesome film that's both hilarious and charming. Sandra Bullock was great here and made her character likeable, sympathetic, hilarious, and downright clumsy. She's another case of a bumbling detective that is looked down upon by her boss but ends up proving them wrong and saving the day once the case is solved. Michael Caine and Benjamin Bratt did great here.
