Ok at the beginning of the movie they use the Machine to reanimate tge frozen girl, and put the dudes arm back on, and the one guy on the screen says 200 year old people ain't nothing new, so couldn't they have just kept fixing the people Jason killed? Or do you think once your clinically dead, you're *beep*

Once your dead it can't bring you back to life but as long as your alive it can fix whatever wounds you may have. It's the way I look at it anyway.

Well i'm thinking Jason was pretty much dead when the nanobots got to him 

^methinks you're forgetting this was Zombie Jason so normal nanobot fixing rules don't apply. :)
