Cruella is the idiot

Cruella De Vil wants puppies with black spots but she knows one of Chloe's puppies has none. But later in the movie, she tells Le Pelt she saved the last three for him which were Chloe's puppies. So Le Pelt breaks in her apartment and takes them. But at the train station, she yells at Le Pelt because OddBall doesn't have any spots and she calls him an idiot (I think she called him that but I can't remember). She told him to take those three puppies and he does so Le Pelt isn't the idiot, Cruella is. She's the one who wanted the three puppies and she knew one of them didn't have spots or did she forget Oddball didn't have any? Just my thought I wanted to share on here.
