Who do you thank would win and How

Magus is so magically talented that he can jus rip open Sephiroth's insides before he even takes a step forward lol. Thats what i think.

Sephiroth would turn into an angel and cast some crazy galaxy sh*t on Magus. Depending on which element is working on Magus at the time this will either kill him or do nothing.

Magus casts his 2nd strongest move, Black Hole.
Sephiroth casts strongest move, Supernova.

Black Hole swallows up the Supernova and then Sephiroth.

Magus wins in about 5 seconds... and didn't even use his strongest move.

Magus everytime. They needed a special sword to destroy magus' powerful magic and Sephiroth has no such item. Sephiroth also depends on materia in which magus could black hole all of it and win.

but isn't sephiroth's sword also the masamune ;p
