A transsexual flirts with the Leprechaun, takes him by the hand, and leads him to the bedroom. The Leprechaun, looking thoroughly bewildered, tamely goes along. A few minutes later he kills the guy, but they don't show us exactly what happened. The other guys in the apartment don't know the Lep is in the building and when they hear the killing in progress they think their gender-bending friend is getting it on with someone because there's lots of screaming and moaning and bouncing bedsprings. But they could be wrong and we don't know what the Leprechaun did or didn't do with the guy.
In the sixth movie the Leprechaun is obviously scoring with women, but they don't show any of the details and there's no nudity in that film.

It doesn't necessarily mean that he choked him - he could have broken the guy's neck or have been holding him by the neck while he did something fatal to a completely different part of the body. Anyway, when I said "we don't know what the Leprechaun did or didn't do with the guy" I wasn't talking about the way he killed him. The original question was about Lep sex, and we can't tell if he did or didn't, erm, you know...
