mickey rourke's screen time?

I'd say he's in roughly 20% of the movie.

He's in long enough to give this movie the edge it needs. Rourke plays bad guys really good. In his scenes with Sly he exudes evil and a sense of entitlement. Rourke plays a low level mob guy who's into the adult industry. He wears sunglasses and smokes and acts real tough. His final scene w/Sly shows how tough he can be but Sly is a little tougher. Rourke's character makes the mistake of not finishing Sly and, in the end, he meets his maker ... or so the scene implies.

Like what most people said, 15 minutes about covers it, but the scenes he have contain that Rourke charm that's always awesome. He does the cliched tough bad guy role with a cigarette in his mouth and cool shades on. And I loved how he actually beats Jack down in their first round. He isn't weak villain at all.
