I've got a hunch they're already making it behind the scenes and finishing off 13, then releasing remake a few months after that of confirming screens and stuff added to remake.
Resident evil remake for gc came out of thin air in a few months when it wasn't expected, same could happen to this.
You could be right, Martin. Square have a knack for making two things at once and then suprising us with a huge announcement, e.g. FFXIV.

Since SE are actually making more than one thing at a time right now, you are probably not correct. There's FFXIII, XIIIVS, XIV, The Four Warriors of Light, Kingdom Hearts 382/5(or whatever the numbers are)Days, Kingdom Hearts Coded, Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep, and probably much more....They probably aren't looking at a sequel at this time lol.
