Hmm, I am kind of iffy if it's an announcement of a Final Fantasy VII remake. Wouldn't Square Enix (and other big game companies) wait to show trailers (especially for a game like FFVII) at game conventions like Tokyo Game Show and such?
shareI don't think a remake is even needed. I am 100% fine with the 1997 game. Besides, they would most likely have voice actors and I am never satisfied with the voice actors...
sharei would LOVE to play it with new graphics, it will also bring new players to the game who are "scared" of old graphics.

Don't know about the airships, though.
