Which episode is 'OOsa' ('USA'?)

There is an episode where a bunch of people (in hooded robes???) worship a statue (of a female astronaut's head) chanting "oosa, oosa..." because U.S.A. is engraved at the bottom of the statue...

haven't seen it since '74, when I was 10 yrs old....

Funny. I haven't seen these since the 70's either and that's the one thing I recall with clarity. "OOsa! OOsa!"

Well, it is repeated ad nauseum throughout the episode. It's hard to get it out of your head.

If Todd Mcfarlane ever got a hold of this it would be outstanding. For the time 1975, this isn't bad and it was part of a saturday morning lineup too.
I'll bet the writers had a hard time with this- no way this is on regular saturday morning tv now, but with FX, cartoon network, HBO or showtime this could be a really interesting show like Spawn or The Batman series....
