Yeah it means “meat ranch”, but the way it’s worded in Spanish it’s barely coherent .. what a silly name

It doesn't mean much of anything in English. In Spanish it means "Meat Farm," but I don't think you even need to know Spanish to figure that out: "Rancho" is pretty simple, and I think everyone knows what "Chili con carne" is.
