I don't know, even with the credibility of that place, I don't know if I believe it. Though I have no idea what it does mean, I just doubt that's what it is. I mean, there's no way that the new Luigi would be in Paper Mario on that date, or even that year! Mario 64 came out in 96, 2001 was 5 years later. Come on, please, that site has it all wrong.

I also heard 2041 was how many coins total are in the game........

Supposedly, if someone managed to get every coin on every level in the entire game, Luigi would appear in front of the castle. Many people belive that is what the statue means.

That theory has never been tested.

Why does it seem like people without disabilites often act more retarded then the ones that do?

Ah. Yeah i just posted on another thread asking where this sign was but I think I remember. It's in big boo's garden just before you go to the haunted maansion level.
