Besides me has anybody here got 120 stars because ive beaten the game 5 times now.

yes i once did it and then my brother deleted the file and i was really angry so i started again and beat the game with all the 120 stars in 6 days!

there are 2 stars
one at the end in the box and if you slide really fast under 20 seconds then you get another star

Even if you quit and restart the game you don't get it back. It's a pain having to get it back off the bird.

I think it's cool when he loses his hat. His defense is cut in half. He's like Popeye without spinach or Superman after coming into contact with a little bit of Kryptonite. He's left vulnerable.
There's actually a trick in Shifting Sand Land where you can use the cap as a weapon. If you lose your cap, get the wing cap, and then retrieve the original cap, Mario will start using the cap as a weapon.

I got 120 stars 6 or 7 times. And it's not hard to get your hat back from the bird. Just stand on the pillar closest to the oasis, and jumpkick the bird as he flies over.

No it's not. I've done it before. Just walk up to the damn bird and slap it silly then show it who's it's daddy.

You can get it back easy enough, but it's a pain to have to bother...sort of like getting another beer from the fridge when you're tipsy, tired, and sat comfortably watching a film, know what I mean?
I'd jump-kick his ass and get it back without much problem.

i was once really bored so i decided to start playing this game again for the 10,000th time. got all 120 stars in 2 days.

I played this game for the first time in years the other day, and I got all 120 in a few hours. It's funny because when I was little, it was the hardest thing ever to beat this game.
