Song at the party where Hunter tells Ryan his real name

Hello everybody..

Does anyone know which song is being played at the party where Hunter tells Ryan his real name. You know his real name is Steve, and then there comes this girl over and talk to Ryan. At that moment they play a song, and it lasts untill he quits the party.

They sing something about "I'm bringing you all down, i'm bringing you all down"

Does anyone know who the artist is?

It was by a band named "Fat" and called "Burn it Down"

As far as I can tell its never been released anywhere, as the band broke up after having recorded that song but before releasing any more material.
