Amanda Rollins (actress Kelli Giddish) is out of the SVU

Unless they keep her character ongoing, Giddish will make her last appearance on SVU this week.
Been obvious from the start of the season, when she was shot, I think for the second time.
Her character has two young daughters, and repeatedly mentioned feeling her time with the unit was running out.
But they handled it well, she didn't just suddenly up and go, and it looks like they are going to wrap her tenure up on a positive note.
It's very possible she'll have an ongoing role as Carisi's wife (?) but I'm guessing we won't see her again. I'd like to be wrong; the show likes to include the personal lives of the characters, but it would be a weird demotion for her to make guest appearances without the same sort of billing.
But I definitely liked Kelli G and her character. She played a person with significant trials and flaws very well, and cute as a button !
