What are Prince Millers’s Tindal homes?

I just finished watching the Personal Fouls episode. Prince Miller speaks of living in something called Tindal Homes as if it is a bad thing. What is he referring to? The closest I can find is a luxury development in New Jersey.

It is not a real place. I think they were implying it was a public housing project for poor people.
