Olivia said the kid was speaking Russian or something, so they needed a translator, but Olivia knows Russian, she spoke it in Beef when she was undercover, if it was wouldn't she have recognized it?

It was Arabic, not Russian. They were middle eastern Muslims, like 95 percent of the people who commit mass terror attacks.

No it was not Arabic. They were Bosnian Muslims. People in Bosnia don't speak Arabic and I'm an Arab and didn't recognize a single word said by the kid or the aunt who was hit by the bike.

They assumed it was Russian or something Middle Eastern, actually, so unless she heard him speak, she really wouldn't know how to reply.

Also, anything she "translates" could be used by the defense as her coaching him or misconstruing his words to suit her case.
