Teddy Bass Getting Rammed From Behind

Ian McShane once said in an interview that Teddy was not only gay, he "would have done it with a frog" if he'd been attracted to one.

I'm not sure Teddy's expression was unpleasant so much as it was extremely intense. Sometimes it's hard to tell when people are in the throes of passion whether they are enjoying themselves or in extreme pain. ;-)

besides, i doubt if any hetero would allow himself to get butt-slammed just so that he could rob a bank.

My take on it is that Teddy is gay (remember there is a young naked guy in his apartment in another scene?) He goes to the upper class orgy/dinner party and is introduced to the banker and asks him 'Men or women?' The banker replies 'Oh, definitely' and then we cut to the shower/sauna scene. that was the introduction and then the banker (as I see it) raises the proposition that Teddy robs his bank (safety deposit vault) in return for a share of the loot.

Can't explain Teddy's expression since that isn't my bag.
Teddy is not too far removed from the character McShane plays in 44 inch Chest.
