Mine has to be for some strange reason when aitch says 'Don, the steak was enourmas, size of it couldn't finish it' and also 'Handsome *beep* weren't he? Bloody Adonis!' Both these lines make me wet myslef with laughter and I'm not quite sure! But then again I mental.
The thing is it isn't just one line for me. Its remarkable just how well paced the conversations are. Pretty much Gal and Don make the film, and their scenes together are more powerful than almost anything ive ever seen before (coming from somebody who doesn't go the theatre). In my opinion they have out Deniro'd Deniro and out Pacino'd Pacino in the 30 minutes they spend on screen together.
When Don Logan was taken off the plane for smoking & he was making up he'd been assaulted lol! "I dunno whether they wanted me for a two's up, I dunno how they work it..........".
Teddy Bass: Men or women? Harry: Oh... definitely.
Teddy Bass: What are you staring at? Harry: The back of your head. Teddy Bass: Well don't. Stare at the back of your own fecking head.
Gal: You were right Don. Technically speaking, you were right. But you're dead. So shut up.
Teddy Bass: Well I'm going to give you a tenner.
Don: You're on two per cent, two and a half, maybe even three. Depends on the usual bumflufferies. It's not about the money with you and me is it, Gal? It's the charge, it's the bolt, it's the buzz, it's the sheer feck-offness of it all. Am I right?
Don:[Looking in the mirror] Shtum, shtum, shtum .....
Not sure what the hell 'shtum' means, but that whole scene is a killer. Love the part where Don pees on the floor and his whole 'front bottom' speech, haha.
The movie was the biggest load of sh... I've seen in a long while. Anyone who groups it with other CLASSIC UK crime/gangster movies should hang their heads in shame, then shoot themselves.
"I love you like a rose loves rainwater." Best romantic line ever.
Although my *favorite* bit is probably "Where there's a will- and there *is* a f&cking will- there's a way- and there *is* a f&cking way. There's *always* a f&cking way."
