Is that because Teddy knew Gal already stile the earrings and killed Logan, and he was just letting Gal get away with it?
Not sure why he didn't give him a fair share for the robbery.
Teddy knew that Gal lied about Don. He knew Don was dead. Rather than kill Gal, Teddy keeps his share. If he cared about Don he would have taken revenge on Gal. Instead, he lets him go back to Deedee and the good life. He knows nothing of the stolen earrings, which are quite valuable.

shareTeddy got what he wanted out of the heist. Don was a casualty of that expedition, and while he may have killed Gal for what he did, he eventually respected Gal for keeping a poker face and not having a fit for the small fee in return. Teddy knows Gal wants to go back to his "normal" life and so he allows it.
