Cheering at the end of the toast

Anyone ever notice that when they toast at the end of the show, there are a handful of people cheering instead of chugging? I always thought that was strange seeing how its the only interactive thing the entire audience does with the show. I wonder why...

Those guys cheering were the designated drivers.
