What does the last line mean?

"Your prayers are always answered...in the order they're received."

Doesn't seem like such a insightful line to me, upon my 15th viewing I thought this. Why finish the film with this particular line?

You have to make the money to buy a ticket. - Nightcrawler

Young, blonde, trophy wife is pregnant. That was the gangster husband's original prayer.

It's not what a movie is about, it's how it is about it.

But I got the impression that it wasn't Gangster Husbands. I felt it more like the body guards, which would take some explaining to do. But then, it goes back to the line

Yes, very much up in the air who is the actual father. But that reflects the tone for the entire movie.

That’s not what he said,

“Your prayers aren’t always answered, in the order they’re received”

It means be careful what you wish for.
