German connection - Hiegl, Behr and Fuhr.

It always stuck me as odd that 3 out of the 4 stars had German names and the 4th was distinctly Jewish.

Am I reading into this incorrectly, or was that part of the 'alien' type difference between them and the rest of the cast?

It always stuck me as very off, Hiegl, Behr and Fuhr.

Thanks and good night. XxX Love and light.

I believe it's Fehr, not Fuhr, and isn't Heigl Dutch or something?

I seriously doubt that's any connection since, yes, Brendan is Jewish, but then, isn't Shiri Appleby as well?

To err is Human. To arr is Pirate!

Yeah, Heigl is German - both of her parents were (and a little Irish in it). Behr has German in his ancestry, and the last name is definitely German/Swiss German. Fehr sounds German. So lol, it's kinda funny and I had similar thoughts, but I think it's a coincidence. :)

What a stupid question. Casting agents don't cast by surname, you seriously needed other people to tell you that? It's just a coincidence. Another principal cast member had a German surname too: Nick Wechsler.

The mirror... it's broken.
Yes, I know. I like it that way. Makes me look the way I feel.

LOLOL not stupid enough for you to comment on though.

It was an interesting connection and still is. Bye Sabba.

Yeah, their names weren't too WASPy. This show actually had a huge cast, though.
