They show michales stepfather being killed by a shapeshifter, but who did it?
The shapeshifter living in la stated he had not shapeshifted in over 50 years. Nasedo had not found the 4 aliens till well after hank was killed?

Spoilers ahead for season 1....

I'm pretty sure it was Nasedo. He found the kids long before he revealed himself to them. I think he was watching over them and manipulating some of the events.
