Do you know exactly why they change the casting for Philip Evans ? I noticed that in the first episode where we can see Philip Evans, (early season 1 where he brings pizza) it's not Garrett M. Brown who portrayed him...
shareI don't remember any reason being mentioned on any of the dvd commentary. They probably originally didn't expect to use the character so much. The show Charmed did the same thing (different actor was used in season 1 than in seasons 2-8).
