Nearly Everyone that had a part in this but missing....

They featured transsexuals: both male-to-females, female-to-males and their spouses. Transvestites and their female spouses, but there were no trans-attracted-guys with male-to-females even though they showed transsexual prostitutes and Cathy and Mary, but none of them had a male spouse. I do believe the ONE guy - the goofball wearing the sunglasses inside, LOL - they showed in the nightclub scene was a production assistant, or employee, for the film and not actually a transamorous guy because there was this one lone man with all of the transwomen. I thought that was funny.

It's still this way today. The men live in the shadows because they are so embarrassed and ashamed to be with a transsexual. I think if they had been able to find one he would've been a total screw up. Probably mostly unemployed. Maybe an alcoholic or drug user. Possibly having a genetic woman on the side too, just to prove what a straight man he really is.
