When Donna leaves the bar I assumed that she and Josh went to his room, but in the bar she was wearing a skirt. When she was getting dressed in the room she put on pants. Did I miss something or could it be a continuity error?

@rolaca If you're referring to when Donna was getting dressed in the bathroom and Josh opens the door, she put on her skirt. Later she changes clothes and that's when she's wearing pants.
