The muttering and mumbling is intolerable

Richard Schiff in particular has it the most but all actors have these low slow mumbling, muttering whispered breathy moments....so hard to listen to.... Its so hard to listen to. Enunciation and clear speech. please!!! Allison ( CJ ) was perfect at this and so pleasant to listen to. I could not understand most of the cast 1/3 of the time in their "breathy" intimate moments.... its like nails on a chalkboard for me..... ugh.

It's really unfortunate that you couldn't always hear some of the actors. A lot of the dialog, especially when Sorkin was still writing it, was almost like poetry. Just beautiful. While I do agree that Richard Schiff (Toby) and occasionaly Janel Maloney (Donna) sometimes talked lower/quieter I myself never had any problems making out what anyone was saying. Maybe turn on the closed captioning?
